Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. We dispatch most products from our Stouffville and Toronto locations. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships, typically within 1-3 business days from the order date.* Orders during sales may have longer processing times.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt for return information. We offer store credit for non-sale items, excluding shipping/handling fees and special orders. Sale items and special orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued as a gift card upon receipt of your return. This credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. Returns of unused, unaltered items in original condition are accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. We will only provide return labels in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective.
